allowed to act as judges. Judges
are assigned to
judge according to the choices they indicated on their acceptance form.
Every effort is made to assign a judge to the category of their first
choice. However, this is not always possible because we cannot predict
the number of papers or projects in each category. If they are assigned
to a second or third choice, we hope they understand.
